We are currently accepting new patient appointments. We accept Self Payment, Medicare, Worker's Compensation, and most private insurance companies (i.e., Blue Cross, Blue Shield, etc.). If you have specific questions about your physical therapy insurance benefits please call us and we will be happy to assist you.

Our offices hours are Monday through Friday 7AM - 7PM and some Saturdays.
